Based on our peerless reputation for large-scale renovations, we were also selected to manage the Lincoln Road District Streetscape improvements, which reshaped and gentrified an approximately 20 block area in downtown Miami Beach and entailed a mind-numbing complexity factor. Our firm completed this high-profile project at this landmark location on schedule and within the original budget.

Many of our own larger design/build/development projects involved the adaptive reuse of older urban buildings (including 36 NE 2nd Street in Miami, the Higbee Building in Cleveland and the ABR Infocom Center in Toledo, OH) Heavy commercial renovations require the creative and hand-on approach that M K Roark has been able to successfully demonstrate again and again.
