Construction Management
Employing the builder as Construction Manager early in the process offers a way to insure that his valuable input is incorporated in to the design process early on, and often allows the Client greater control of the outcome regardless of the complexity of the project at hand. Competitive bidding can still be used, but obtained at the subcontractor / vendor level. M K Roark often will limit our Client’s downside very early on in the process with a Guaranteed Maximum Price based on preliminary plans and outline specifications.
